Trolley Mounted Bitumen Sprayer

The design of this trolley mounted bitumen sprayer is quite simple. There is a tank that is used to store and heat the bitumen. The burner unit attached usually heats the bitumen in the tank. The sprayer chassis of this equipment is according to the size and width of the trolley on which it is mounted. The other main components of this equipment are engine, spraying system, air compressor and bitumen pump. The sprayer covers the majority of the road surface and creates an even layer.
